At Anchor Construction, SAFETY COMES FIRST! Our company philosophy is that “all accidents are preventable”. With this in mind, Anchor has developed a comprehensive Safety program. Our Safety Officer, Will Metzger, has extensive experience in construction safety. He implements and oversees all safety policies and provides safety training on a regular basis to all Anchor personnel, both field and office. Our Safety Program includes both, disciplinary action for failure to comply and a safety award incentive program that encourages each individual to use all available means to prevent, and eliminate hazards both in the workplace and on construction sites.
